Vine shoots are agricultural residues that can be used as a raw material in agro-biorefineries, which their main constituents individually converted into valuable bioproducts. The treatment of vine uncatalyzed media containing water and 1-butanol enabled the single-stage separation major different phases: aqueous phase from treatments contained hemicellulose-derived products (mainly form oligosaccharides), organic accumulated dissolved lignin, cellulosic fraction was recovered solid phase. refined using membranes processed with enzymes to obtain product (RP) 92.2 g oligosaccharides/100 non-volatile compounds. oligosaccharides were mainly composed anhydroxylose units substituted by acetyl uronic groups. Enzymatic hydrolysis RP endo-xylanases reduced average degree polymerization 2–3, preferred for application healthy food ingredients. substrate enzymatic hydrolysis, enabling production solutions 34.9 glucose /L 4.2 xylose /L.
